Our call‑out and labour rates follow a standard schedule based on the type of engineer required, the time of day, and the length of attendance. These rates ensure we can provide qualified engineers, the correct equipment, and a reliable response at any hour. Our Schedule for
Engineer Rates
Our engineer day rates cover planned service work, installation tasks, and general engineering attendance during normal and out‑of‑hours periods. These rates apply to visits lasting between four and eight hours, with shorter visits charged at 50% for up to four hours.
Normal working hours
- Engineer half‑day rate: £350.00
- Engineer full‑day rate: £720.00
Out-of-hours rates
These apply to weekday evenings, nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Engineer daily rate (17:00–00:00 weekdays, 08:00–17:00 Saturdays): £816.00
- Engineer daily rate (00:00–08:00 weekdays, 08:00–08:00 Sundays/Bank Holidays): £816.00
These rates ensure qualified engineers are available with the correct equipment and response capability at any time of day.
All rates are subject to VAT at 20%.
