Our call‑out and labour rates follow a standard schedule based on the type of engineer required, the time of day, and the length of attendance. These rates ensure we can provide qualified engineers, the correct equipment, and a reliable response at any hour. Our Schedule for
Commissioning Rates
Commissioning work requires specialist engineers trained to test, verify, and sign off fire protection systems. The rates below apply to visits between four and eight hours.
Normal working hours (08:00–17:00, weekdays)
- Commissioning engineer half‑day rate: £400.00
- Commissioning engineer full‑day rate: £720.00
Out‑of‑hours rates
These apply to weekday evenings, nights, and Saturdays.
- Commissioning engineer daily rate (17:00–00:00 weekdays, 08:00–17:00 Saturdays): £816.00
Commissioning work often forms part of system upgrades, new installations, or compliance testing, and these rates reflect the specialist nature of the role.
All rates are subject to VAT at 20%.
